The short version
We try to be straightforward with money. If we cancel something on our end, you don’t lose what you paid. If you cancel on your end, what you get back depends on what you bought and when you cancelled.
1. Sunday sessions & session packs
Single sessions and 10-session packs are non-refundable once purchased, but unused credits never expire. You can cancel a registration up until the session begins and the credit is returned to your account for a future Sunday.
If we cancel a Sunday session for any reason, registered members receive their session credit back automatically.
2. Memberships (monthly & annual)
Monthly membershipsrenew on the same day each month and may be cancelled from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; we don’t prorate or refund partial months.
Annual memberships renew once per year. You may cancel at any time, and your membership will continue through the end of the term you paid for. Within 14 days of an annual renewal we will issue a full refund on request, provided you have not yet attended a Sunday session in the new term. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable.
3. Gifts
Gifted Sunday sessions are non-refundable to the gifter once purchased. If a gift hasn’t been claimed within 90 days, write to hello@quietudecollective.co and we’ll work something out.
4. Retreats
Retreats require a deposit at the time you confirm your seat, with the balance charged automatically about 90 days before the retreat begins. Our cancellation tiers reflect the practical realities of holding a seat for you in a small group:
- More than 90 days before the retreat: full refund of any amounts paid.
- 45–90 days before the retreat: 50% refund of any amounts paid.
- Within 45 days of the retreat: no refund.
These tiers apply whether you cancel the seat yourself from your retreat dashboard, or write to us to do it for you. The cut-offs are measured by the retreat’s start date in the time zone of the retreat venue.
4.1 If we cancel a retreat
If we cancel a retreat for any reason, we will issue you a full refund of every amount paid, regardless of timing.
4.2 Transfers
We can’t transfer your seat to another person, but we’re sometimes able to roll your deposit forward to a future retreat. If you find yourself in a difficult situation, write to hello@quietudecollective.co and we’ll see what’s possible.
5. How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. They typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We don’t process cash, check, or store-credit refunds.
6. Disputes
If you ever believe something was charged incorrectly, please write to us before opening a chargeback — almost everything can be sorted out directly: hello@quietudecollective.co.
